制氢装置转化气蒸汽发生器内漏原因分析及对策 被引量:3

摘要 分析了制氢装置在运行过程中出现中变反应器床层温度下降,出口CO含量超标的原因,并结合生产实际提出了相应的对策。结果表明,上述问题是由于转化气蒸汽发生器发生内漏所致。设备材质不合格,管板与换热管间的焊缝质量不合格,衬里施工、烘干不合格,以及不当操作等情况均可导致内漏发生。为避免转化气蒸汽发生器发生内漏,应把好设备制造的质量关,并在生产中做到精细化操作。发生内漏后,检修时应按规范采取堵漏、修复焊接、焊后热处理、无损检测、局部衬里等措施进行修复。 Reasons were analyzed for the bed tem- perature drop of the shift - converter in a running hydrogen plant and the index exceeding of CO content at the outlet of the converter, and the corresponding measures were proposed based the production practice. The results showed that the problems might attributed to the internal leakage in the reforming gas steam generator. Several factors would resuited in the leakage, including unqualified equipment material, poor welding quality between tube plate and tubes, unqualified installation and drying quality of liner and inappropriate operation. In order to avoid the leakage, manufacturing quality of equipment and operation in the plant should be controlled strictly and carefully. Special measures were taken for repairing the equipment including leaking stoppage, repair post - weld heat treatment, non - destruction inspection and partial lining.
