摘要
为了明确假单胞杆菌BS1的适宜培养条件，采用单因素筛选方案对其最适碳源、接种量、温度、pH值、盐浓度和培养基装液量进行研究，发现假单胞杆菌BS1生长的最佳碳源为液体石蜡，生长最适接种量为3％，温度30℃，pH7．0，NaCl浓度0％，250mL三角瓶中培养基装量为130mL。在此优化的培养条件下，假单胞杆菌BS1生长曲线是0-48h为菌体生长延滞期，48-156h为菌体快速生长繁殖期，156～240h为菌体生长稳定期，240h后为菌体衰亡期。通过对假单胞杆菌BS1的最佳培养条件研究，将为工业化生产提供技术参数。
In order to confirm optimal culture conditions of Pseudomonas sp. BS1, the carbon source, inoculation size, temperature, pH value, salt concentration and liquid volume of medium were screened by the single factor. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the growth of Pseudomonas sp BS1 were liquid paraffin as carbon source, inoculum size 3%, temperature 30℃, pH 7.0, NaC1 0%, 130 mL/250 mL. The growth curve of strain BS1 under the optimum conditions indicated that 0-48 h was the lag phase, 48-156 h was the breeding season, 156-240 h was the stationary, after 240 h was the decline phase. Through studies on the optimal cultivation conditions of Pseudomonas sp. BS1, which would provide technical parameters for industrialized production.
