摘要
目的:探讨田螺汤对妊娠胆汁淤积症患者血清总胆汁酸变化的作用,为临床上提供相应的指导。方法:入选2010年2月—2012年5月在我院住院治疗的妊娠胆汁酸淤积症患者62例,根据患者在住院期间所选择的药物的不同将所有患者分为对照组(n=31,单纯给予西医药物治疗)和观察组(n=31,在西医治疗的基础上增加田螺汤治疗),在治疗前后抽取所有患者静脉血检测谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶以及总胆汁酸,比较治疗前后临床效果以及各指标的变化。结果:观察组患者痊愈率、总有效率分别为61.3%、93.5%均显著高于对照组患者38.7%、80.6%,差异具有显著的统计学意义,P<0.05;对照组患者无效率为19.4%显著高于观察组患者6.5%,差异具有显著统计学意义,P<0.05;经治疗后观察组患者各指标的下降水平显著大于对照组患者,差异具有显著的统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:田螺汤对于改善妊娠胆汁淤积症患者临床表现具有非常显著的作用,能显著减少其血清总胆汁酸。
Objective ： To explore the effect of Escargot Decoction on total bile acid of pregnancy women with cholestasis, providing corresponding guidance for the clinic. Methods ：62 cases in February 2010 - May 2012 in our hospital were selected, and according to the drugs in hospital the patients were divided into control group （n = 31, simply given Western Medicine） and observation group （n =31, based on western medicine treatment added Escargot Decoction）. Before and after the treatment, venous blood samples were taken from all the patients to detect alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and total bile acids. Before and after treatment, the clinical effect and changes in various indices were compared. Results：The cure rate and the total efficiency in observation group were 61.3% and 93.5% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group（38.7%, 80.6% ）, and the difference had statistical significance（P 〈0.05） ; the inefficiency of control group was 19.4% which was significantly higher than that of observation group （6.5%）, and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after the index decreased levels in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group, the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The Escargot Decoction has a very significant role in improving the clinical manifestations of cholestasis when pregnancy, and it can significantly decrease the serum total bile acid.
