摘要
本研究基于知识基础观及社会资本理论,构建了社会资本、知识获取与企业新产品开发能力的概念模型。研究结果表明,社会资本的结构维度、关系维度和认知维度均显著影响知识获取和企业新产品开发能力,知识获取在社会资本对企业新产品开发能力影响中具有显著的调节作用。
The paper constructs conceptual model of the relationship among social capital, knowledge acquisition and new product development capabilities based on knowledge-based view and social capital theory. The results reveal that the dimen- sions of social capital are positively related to new product development capabilities respectively and that the dimensions of so- cial capital are positively related to knowledge acquisition respectively. The results also show that knowledge acquisition has oositivelv mediating role between social capital and new product development capabilities.
