摘要
根据京津唐电网网厂分离速度加快、购电费用大幅度增加的趋势 ,针对经济调度目标函数 ,按两种经济调度方案进行了论证分析 ,得出了按购电费用最低为目标函数的方案的经济效益较好的结论 ,并提出了该方案执行中的有关调度原则。
In Beijing—Tianjin—Tangshan power system the steps of separating power plants from transmission network became faster and the cost for purchasing electricity is increasing by a big margin. According to this trend and aiming at how to determine the objective function of commitment, in this paper the argumentation and analysis on two commitment projects are performed. The conclusion of analysis is that the project taking the least cost of electricity purchase as the objective function will be the best one with greatest economic effect. The relevant dispatching principles in the execution of the above mentioned project are proposed.
