摘要
基于大学生耐力素质下降的现象,研究适合其锻炼的耐力健身路径,并提供科学依据。以245名大学生为实验对象,通过自编耐力健身路径的实施,研究其对大学生身体形态、身体机能、身体素质和身体成分的影响。结果表明:大学生参与耐力健身路径后,其闭气时间、肺活量有显著性差异,1 000m(800m)、50m、10m复制误差走有显著提高,瘦体重显著提高。结论:耐力健身路径参与性强,对预防大学生肥胖和提高耐力素质具有明显作用。
Objective:Because of the College studenfs endurance quality drops,so to study endurance body-building route which is appropriate for college students,and provide scientific basis. Methods:By studying the effect of self-designed endurance body-building route on the body shape, body function, physical quality and body compo- sition before and after test with 245 college students for experiments. Results: the college students to participate in the endurance fitness path, its suspend breathing, vital capacity have significant difference, 1000 meters (800 meters), 50 meters, ten-meter duplicate inaccuracy move have significant increase; body composition index such as lean body mass also increased significantly. Conclusion: The encurance body-building route can effectively prevent obesity and improve the endurance quality.
