摘要 目的:探讨microRNA-21在胃癌患者与正常人血清中的表达情况,并分析其表达与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:提取60例胃癌患者和60例正常人血清的总RNA,采用RT-qPCR方法检测microRNA-21的相对表达量。结果:胃癌患者与正常人血清比较,microRNA-21在胃癌患者血清中表达上调。其表达与胃癌患者的淋巴结转移和TNM分期有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌患者血清中microRNA-21的表达上调与病情进展具有一定的相关性,可能作为新的治疗靶点的分子标志物。 Objective To investigate the expression of serum microRNA-21 in patients with gastric cancer and in healthy people and to analyze the association of the expression with the clinicopathological features. Methods The expression levels of serum microRNA-21 in 60 patients with gastric cancer and 60 healthy people were detected by using stem-loop real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). Results Expression levels of microRNA-21 were upregulated in patients with gastric cancer, as compared with the healthy people (P 〈 0.05). The expression of microRNA-21 was closely associated with lymphatic metastasis and TNM stages (P 〈 0.05 for both comparisons). Conclusions The upregulation of serum microRNA-21 expression has some relation with disease progression; and microRNA-21 can be used as a new molecular marker for targeted therapy.
