连锁餐饮业不断形成,中央厨房为重要环节,地位重要;中央厨房与连锁配送结合促进餐饮产业标准化及品牌形成;同时,中央厨房概念下,促进了食品新的分销方式形成;中央厨房产品特点鲜明,随着我国经济的发展和社会化程度的进一步提高,中央厨房产业模式有很大增长空间,很有广阔前景。
Central kitchen is more and more important in continuously growing chain restaurant industry. Central kitchen combined with distribution chain can promote the standardization and brand formation of the catering industry as well as the formation of new distribution method. With the further increase of the degree of Chinese economic and social development, there are bright prospects for industrial mode of central kitchen which has distinctive characteristics.
