摘要
研究利用醇浸提方法提取多糖,通过体外实验探讨金顶侧耳多糖的还原能力,以及对·O2-和·OH的清除作用。结果表明,随着多糖浓度的上升,还原能力不断增强,对·O2-和·OH的清除效果也在加强;但多糖浓度更大时,清除率增强效果不明显。当多糖浓度为16mg/mL时对·O2-的清除率达到最大,为33.12%;当多糖浓度为20mg/mL时,对·OH的清除率达到最大,为90.02%。
The polysaccharides of Pleurotus citrinopileat was accessed by alcohol extraction. Then the auther made three experiments that restore the ability to test of polysaccharides of Pleurotus citrinopileat, the polysaccharides of Pleurotus citrinopileat -O2 clearance testing, and the removal of the testing in vitro to explore antioxidant activities. The results showed that the restore ability is increasing gradually along with the raising of the concentration, and also applies to the other two experiments. When the concentration is 16 mg/mL, the clearance rate of "O2 is 33.12%, reaching to the top point. And, the clearance rate of -OH is 90.02%, which is the maximum. But, the clearance rate keeps almost constant if the concentration is higher.
