摘要
金顶侧耳是一种食、药用真菌,具有丰富的营养价值与较高的药理活性。本文主要从化学成分、营养成分与药理活性对金顶侧耳的研究现状进行综述,并对金顶侧耳的发展趋势进行了讨论,旨在为金顶侧耳的综合利用提供参考。
Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing is a kind of edible and medicinal fungus with high nutritional value and rich pharmacological activity.In this paper,the research status of pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing was reviewed from the aspects of chemical composition,nutritional composition and pharmacological activity,and the development trend of Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing in the future was discussed in order to provide reference for the compre-hensive utilization of its.
