摘要
以生产甘薯浓缩汁的下脚料甘薯渣为原料,采用响应曲面法优化酸碱结合法提取水不溶性膳食纤维的工艺参数,得出最佳工艺条件为:提取时间为35min、液料比为1:10、碱液浓度为8%,此条件下提取的水不溶性膳食纤维得率为33.18%。
Using sweet potato residue as raw materials, the optimal condition for extraction of insoluble dietary fiber of sweet potato residue was investigated by using response surface design. The results showed that the optimal extracting conditions are as follows: time 35 min, liquid-solid ratio 10 mL/g, the concentration of NaOH 8%, under such conditions, the yield of insoluble dietary fiber is 33.18%.
