摘要
高校是传承知识、创新科技、培养人才的重要阵地,在协同创新中具有独特地位和重要作用。高校要通过瞄准国家战略需求,提高科研创新能力;完善人才培养机制,造就拔尖创新人才;突破内部机制障碍,打破对外体制壁垒;推进校园文化创新,营造创新文化氛围,担负起在协同创新中的历史使命。
Colleges and universities, which are the important positions of tradition of knowledge, technical innovation and personnel training, are in a unique position and have an important role in collaborative innovation. Colleges and universities should shoulder the historical mission of collaborative innovation by aiming at the national strategic needs and improving research innovation, perfecting the personnel training system and creating a notch innovative personnel, breaking through the internal mechanism barriers and breaking the barriers of the external system, promoting the campus culture of innovation and creating a culture of innovation.
