摘要
目的:观察金天格胶囊对木瓜蛋白酶诱导的骨关节炎动物模型关节软骨病变的影响。方法:成年雄性SD大鼠,随机分成假手术组、模型组、仙灵骨葆组(0.80 g.kg-1)、金天格胶囊高、中、低(0.96,0.48,0.24 g.kg-1)剂量组,除假手术组外,各组大鼠以双侧膝关节腔内注射木瓜蛋白酶20μL制作骨关节炎模型。造模3周后灌胃给药,连续4周。末次药后次日处死动物,取膝关节软骨做病理切片,镜下观察膝关节软骨病变。结果:镜下观察,模型组关节软骨表面变薄粗糙,纤维断裂,潮线消失,细胞排列紊乱,细胞成簇,部分关节滑膜组织增生,呈指状突向关节腔内,金天格胶囊3个剂量组均不同程度减轻关节软骨表面的病理改变。结论:金天格胶囊能修复损伤的软骨表面,对关节软骨具有保护作用。
Objective: To observe influence of Jintiange capsules (JC) on articular cartilage lesions and osteoarthritis induced by papain in rats. Method: Adult male SD rats were divided into sham operated group, model group, Xianling Gubao (XG) group(0.80 g·kg-1), JC high, medium and low (0.96, 0.48, 0.24 g·kg-1) dose groups.The bilateral knee joint cavities were injected with papain 20 μL to induce osteoarthritis.Three weeks after the establishment of the models, different drugs were lavaged for 4 weeks.Then the rats were sacrificed and the knee joint cartilage was collected.Pathological section and microscopic observation were carried out for evaluating joint cartilage lesions. Result: Articular cartilage in model group showed thin rough surface, fiber fracture, tide line disappear, cell arrangement disorder, cell clusters, part of the joint synovial hyperplasia and finger-shaped bulge towards the joint cavity.JC of 3 doses showed different degree of alleviation for the pathological changes. Conclusion: JC can repair the damage of cartilage surface of articular cartilage with protective role.
