摘要
目的:探讨不同强度运动对骨性关节炎(OA)大鼠关节液中白细胞介素(IL)-1β的影响。方法:将48只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组,低等、中等和高等强度运动组,每组12只。所有大鼠关节腔内注射木瓜蛋白酶诱导OA大鼠模型建立。按照不同强度运动对所有OA大鼠进行为期4周的有氧跑台运动。4周后取各组OA大鼠后肢关节液,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测IL-1β在OA大鼠关节液中的表达。结果:IL-1β表达高等强度运动组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),中等强度运动组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),低等强度运动组虽低于对照组,但差异无统计学(P>0.05)。结论:中等强度的运动可能更加有利于保护OA的关节。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different exercise intensity on interleukin ( IL )-1βin the synovial fluid of osteoarthritis ( OA) rats.Methods: Fourty-eight male rats were divided into control group , low intensity exercise group , moderate intensity exercise group and high intensity exercise group , each group was 12 rats.Papain was injected to induce the model of OA .All the rats were trained with different exercise intensity . After 4 weeks, the synovial fluid was extracted from hind limbs .The expression of IL-1βin the synovial fluid of OA rats was detected by ELISA .Results:Expression of IL-1βin the high intensity exercise group was higher than that in control group ( P〈0 .05 ) .Expression of IL-1βin the moderate intensity exercise group was lower than that of control group(P〈0.05).Expression of IL-1βin the low intensity exercise group was lower than that in control group but there was no statistically difference (P〉0.05).Conclusion:Moderate intensity of exercise may be more conducive to protect the osteoarthritis of the joints .
