摘要
提出一种高灵敏度的光谱检测方法即光热效应的相干检测方法 ,给出了系统的理论分析 ,导出了由泵浦光引起的折射率分布和探测光的位相变化 ,进而导出了由泵浦光引起的探测光的干涉条纹的变化量表达式 ,并与光热偏转技术、热透镜技术作了比较 理论分析结果表明 :光热效应的相干检测方法比光热偏转技术。
A new method for sensitivity spectroscopy, photothermal effect detecting by interference (PTEDI) is given. The photothermal refraction index distribution produced by pumping beam and the phase shift of probe beam is presented. A comparision of the sensitivity between PTEDI and photothemal lens is put forward. The theoretical result has showed that the sensitivity of PTEDI is higher than that of the photothermal lens.
