摘要
大学传统与大学的发展历程有着紧密的联系,世界一流大学大都非常重视传统,并且能够在办学过程中很好地体现他们自身的大学传统。反观我国的著名大学,在长期办学过程中虽然也形成了自己的传统,但是在后期的办学实践中却被人们忽视。从他们的办学实践可以看出,大学对待传统的态度影响着大学的办学质量,在大学的建设过程中,要重视传统的力量,把大学传统变成一种提升大学办学质量的软实力。
The tradition of uaiversity is closely related to the development of university, and world-class universities attach great importance to the tradition which is embodied well in the process of developing university. Although China＇s key universities form their own tradition in the long running process, the tradition is neglected in later period. It can be seen that the attitude toward the tradition influences the quality of university. In the course of developing university, we should pay more attention to the traditional strength, and make the tradition be a kind of soft power to promote the quality of university.
