含氟吡咯-硫脲有机催化剂促进硫醚的选择性氧化过程

摘要 合成了一种含氟有机催化剂——1-[(4-全氟辛基)苯基]-3-(2-吡咯基)硫脲。该催化剂可与30%H2O2组成催化氧化体系,有效促进硫醚选择性氧化为亚砜。二芳基、二烷基以及芳基烷基硫醚均可获得较好的收率结果。催化剂可利用氟固相萃取技术回收,重复利用5次以上,活性无显著降低。 A kind of fluorous organocatalyst of 1-[ 4-( perfluo- rooctyl ) phenyl ] -3- ( 2-pyrrolidinyl ) thiourea was synthesized. And the selective oxidation of sulfides into sulfoxides was ef- fectively promoted by the chemoselective oxidative system with this catalyst and 30% HzO2. Diaryl, dialkyl, alkyl aryl sulfides could be applied to obtain good yield results with this oxidative system. Meanwhile, the catalyst could be easily re- covered by fluorous solid-phase extraction for reuse more than five runs without significant loss of activity.
