摘要
对山东省临沂市公务员总体幸福感进行了问卷调查,研究显示:临沂市公务员总体幸福感普遍较高,其在性别、年龄上没有显著性差异,但在职务和学历上有显著性差异,表现为高级职务公务员和高学历公务员总体幸福感均为最低,应该引起有关部门的重视,对高学历人才应加强培养和启用,对于高职务公务员应该加强心理的疏导,帮助其减压,以更好地在自己的岗位上发挥作用。
This paper made a questionnaire on civil servants'over- all happiness in Linyi City of Shandong Province, and the re- search shows that civil servants' overall happiness in Linyi City is generally higher, and there are no significant difference in gender and age, but there are significant differences in position and de- gree. The overall happiness of civil servants of senior positions and high degree is generally the lowest, which should arouse the attention of relevant departments. They should strengthen the cultivation of talents with high degree, and strengthen psycholog- ical counseling, so as help them decrease the decompression, and better play their roles in their own positions.
