质粒介导的KPC-2型碳青霉烯酶水平传播机制的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解河南省人民医院耐美罗培南肺炎克雷伯菌和日勾维肠杆菌是否携带KPC型碳青霉烯酶基因,探讨blaKPC基因的水平传播机制。方法采用琼脂稀释法进行药物敏感性试验,PCR检测KPC编码基因,质粒电转化试验分析blaKPC基因能否水平传播,质粒酶切电泳图谱判断质粒的相似性。结果两株耐美罗培南肺炎克雷伯菌和日勾维肠杆菌均检测出KPC型碳青霉烯酶基因,测序比对结果显示为KPC-2型碳青霉烯酶,其编码基因blaKPC-2位于质粒上,并且可以在细菌之间进行水平传播。结论质粒介导的KPC-2型碳青霉烯酶是我院肠杆菌科细菌耐药性水平传播的机制之一。
