摘要
为了定量分析高速机床进给系统部件参数对一阶固有频率的影响,将滚珠丝杠看作弹性杆件,运用拉格朗日方程建立了进给系统轴向运动的动力学模型;利用MATLAB软件对其固有频率进行了求解,给出了进给系统参数变化与轴向一阶固有频率的关系曲线.结合实例分析了工作台质量、各部件刚度变化对轴向一阶固有频率的影响,发现工作台质量和丝杠螺母刚度是轴向一阶固有频率的主要影响因素.计算结果表明,工作台质量减小10%,轴向一阶固有频率提高4.94%;丝杠螺母刚度提高10%,轴向一阶固有频率提高2.5%.
In order to quantitatively analyze the effect of part parameters on the first-order natural frequency of feed drive system in high-speed machine tool, the ball screw was regarded as an elastic rod, and a dynamical model for the axially motion of feed drive system was established with Lagrange equation. The natural frequency of the system was solved with MATLAB software, and the relationship curves between the parameter variation and axial first-order natural frequency of feed drive system were given. In combination with the practical examples, the influence of both worktable mass and stiffness variation of each part on axial first-order natural frequency was analyzed. It is found that the worktable mass and screw nut stiffness are the main influencing factors for axial first-order natural frequency. The calculated results indicate that with reducing the worktable mass by 10%, the axial first-order natural frequency increases by 4.94%. With increasing the screw nut stiffness by 10%, the axial first-order natural frequency rises by 2.5%.
