摘要
主要通过对黑龙江省边境口岸物流发展状况进行分析,建立了一套符合黑龙江省边境口岸物流系统情况的评价体系。文中用层次分析法确定指标相对权重;采用功效系数法来计算定量的得分;利用模糊综合评价中最大隶属度方法评定黑龙江省各一类口岸的等级,对黑龙江省边境口岸物流系统的量化研究,为口岸建设与发展提供了决策依据。
This paper established an evaluation system of the border port logistics by analyzing the development situation of the border port logistics in Heilongjiang Province and adopted AHP method to decide the weight coefficient of different indexes. And moreover, in terms of the qualitative index, this paper used the expert evaluation method and made the standardization of raw da- ta to obtain the relative value and further employed the efficacy coefficient method to calculate the score quantitatively. And based on this, according to the maximum degree of membership, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to carry out the evaluation of the first class of ports in Heilongjiang Province and achieve the quantitative research on the border port logistics system in Heilongjiang Province. At the same time, this paper pointed out the development shortcoming of the border port logistics system in Heilongjiang Province, which provides the decision making for the port construction and development.
