缸体渣眼缺陷分析与解决

摘要 T200缸体上表面出现较多缺陷,造成约0.5%的废品。针对该缺陷,制作了缺陷样品,观察形貌,并对其进行了能谱分析;在此基础上,又与炉渣渣眼、型砂砂眼、芯砂砂眼的形貌及能谱分别进行比对,最后确认该缺陷为渣眼。分析认为形成渣眼废品的主要原因为:回炉料的氧化锈蚀使铁液内存在氧化物夹杂;浇注机中的部分炉渣也会随铁水流入型腔。针对以上问题,采取了对回炉料进行抛丸清理、浇注机侧壁渣滓清理、减小过滤网网孔等措施,使缺陷废品率降低到0.1%以下。因此,提高铁液洁净度,能够有效解决缸体渣眼等缺陷。 The defects were occurred on the top surface of T200 eylinder block. The samples were observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS. By comparing with slag hole in autopouring machine, sand inclusion of molding sand and core sand, the defects were confirmed as slag hole. The main reasons for the slag hole were as follows: oxide inclusion in the molten iron because of scraps being oxidated and rusted, some slag in autopouring-machine being poured into the mold eavity.The optimizing measures were adopted, such as shot blasting of scraps, and cleaning the slag acereted on the wall of autopouring-machine,and minishing the aperture of filter. The rejietion ratio caused by the defects was decreased to 0.1%.
