摘要
分析得到了不锈钢光亮退火机组马弗管在高温自重长期服役条件下缺陷的形式及相应的原因。马弗管在高温自重作用下易产生缩颈、厚度减薄、截面变形、龟裂、橡胶状弯曲、鼓包、烧穿、焊缝开裂、渣滓、高温腐蚀坑等缺陷。高温蠕变是除焊缝开裂、渣滓、高温腐蚀坑外多种缺陷产生的直接或间接原因,设计、制造、使用工艺不当是引起诸如焊缝开裂、烧穿缺陷等的重要原因。针对各种缺陷特点,制定了合理修复技术方案,现场应用表明修复工艺方案是切实可行的,从而保证了马弗炉的正常使用。
Defects of muffle which is used in bright annealed line (BAL) for stainless steel strip at long term high temperature under large gravity are investigated, and then the corresponding reasons of different defects are obtained respectively. The necking, wall thickness thinning, cross section deformation, checked surface, rubber like bending, protrusion, burning through, weld metal cracking,as well as etch pits are main defects of muffle at high temperature and large weight. High temperature creep is attributed to all of the defects besides the weld metal cracking and the etch pits. The design, manufacture process and technological operation aiso are the importance factors which results in the defects of muffle, such as the weld metal cracking and the etch pits. For various defect characteristics, a reasonable repairing program for muffle's defects to make the muffle work well was developed. Practical application shows that the repairing process is feasible.
