摘要
对单一来源谈判、竞争性谈判和询价3种非招标采购方式进行了简要介绍,分析了电网企业非招标采购的现状,指出了当前电网企业非招标采购中应该注意的问题。在介绍吉林电力有限公司在非招标采购信息化应用中的经验及成果的基础上,提出电网企业非招标采购的发展策略,以促进电力物资集约化管理的纵深发展。
The three kinds of non open-tender purchase is introduced that single supplier negotiation, competitive negotiation and inquiry. The status and the current problem of non open-tender purchase in power enterprise is analyzed. The development policy is presented to improve the intensive management of power substance.
