摘要
发展旅游生态经济是桂林北部地区在建设桂林国家旅游综合改革试验区背景下的必然选择,桂林北部地区具备了发展旅游生态经济的资源条件和市场需求。旅游生态经济发展在优化配置优势资源的基础上,能有效地将资源优势转化为经济优势,实现区域经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展。旅游生态经济发展基于桂林北部地区资源优势和市场导向,需要采取积极发展生态休闲农业,实施生态补偿,加强可持续发展监测评价和社区治理,进一步完善公共服务体系等措施,全面提高旅游生态经济可持续发展的保障能力、支持能力。
Under the context of Guilin as a national tourism comprehensive reform testing area, to develop tourist eco- economics seems an inevitable choice for northern areas of Guilin which possessed of certain resource conditions and market demands. On the basis of optimizing the configuration of the superior resources, tourist eco-economics can effectively turn resources advantages into economic superiority, and finally result in a comprehensive coordinate and sustainable development of regional economy as well as society. Considering these resources advantages and market demands, and in order to strengthen this kind of economy, firstly, it is necessary to develop ecological leisure agriculture. Secondly, put forward an exhaustive ecological compensation and pay attention to community administration. Meanwhile, reinforce a monitor system on sustainable development. Last but not least, on the purpose of enhancing the possible guarantee and supportive abilities, it＇s better to perfect public service system for tourism. Only in these ways, a sustainable tourist eco-economics are capable established.
