摘要
利用某公司生产的精铋(4N)作为阳极,采用氟硅酸铋-氟硅酸溶液为电解液,进行精铋电解生产5N高纯铋试验。试验结果表明,以氟硅酸铋-氟硅酸溶液作为电解液,进行精铋电解能生产出5N高纯铋,解决了传统铋电解精炼过程中杂质铅难以除去的问题,为5N高纯铋的生产提出了一条新的可行途径。
Using refined bismuth (4N) as anode, refined bismuth in electrolytic product high purity bismuth ( 5 N) by aqueous solution electrolysis with fluorine bismuth silicate - fluosilicic acid solution as electrolyte. The results show that,with fluosilicic acid bismuth- fluosilicic acid solution as electrolyte, refined bismuth electrolysis can produce high purity bismuth (5 N). The problem that the traditional bismuth in electrorefining process impurities difficult to remove was solved. A new feasible method for production of high purity bismuth (SN)was proposed.
