摘要
利用磷肥工业副产品氟硅酸和纯碱为原料,采用直接一步法分解氟硅酸制备氟化钠和二氧化硅.对影响反应的原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、溶液pH值等因素进行了探讨.得到的产品符合国家标准,由于该工艺制备工艺简单,反应条件温和,可为回收氟硅酸资源和消除环境污染提供一条切实可行的新途径.
Sodium fluoride and silicon dioxide were prepared by direct one-step process out of fluosilicic acid and sodium carbonate,the by-products of phosphatic fertilizer factory.The effects of reaction ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,reaction time,pH value of the solution on the reaction products are discussed.The products obtained meet national standards.As the simple technology is energy efficient and mild reaction conditions,it is a new way for recovering and utilizing fluorosilicic acid and reducing its environmental pollution.
