摘要 采用生料同步糖化发酵法,将马铃薯提取淀粉后的废渣进行发酵制备乙醇,对各影响因素进行了探讨,获得了最佳发酵工艺条件。结果显示:适宜发酵条件为水料比3.5∶1.0、初始pH 4.5、酵母接种量0.4%、发酵温度32℃、糖化酶添加量160U/g、α-淀粉酶添加量10U/g、纤维素酶添加量10U/g、原料粒度0.40mm。 By uncooked materials simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF) produce ethanol, using potato waste residue as raw material. The main factors which influence fermentation were experimented and the optimal technological conditions were obtained. As the results showed, the optimal conditions were that the radio of water to residue 3.5:1.0, the initial pH 4.5, the inoculation volume of yeast 0.4%, the dosage of saccharifying enzyme, α-amylase and cellulose were 160U/g, 10U/g and 10U/g, respectively, fermentation at 32℃ and the potato waste residue particle size below 0.40mm.
