摘要
目的:探讨黄疸对磷钼酸法测血清无机磷的影响。方法:选择293例黄疸标本,根据《诊断学》标准,按黄疸程度分为轻度黄疸(含总胆红素34μmoL/L~170μmoL/L),中度黄疸(含总胆红素171μmoL/L~340μmoL/L),重度黄疸(含总胆红素>340μmoL/L),黄疸标本分别在雅培AEROSET和贝克曼LX20两台生化仪上分别进行血清无机磷测定,所测结果进行统计学分析。结果:不同程度的黄疸标本在两台全自动生化仪上所测结果比较均有明显差别(P均为0,P<0.01),且均有良好的相关性。结论:黄疸标本在雅培组影响血清无机磷的测定,所测结果低于贝克曼组,并随黄疸程度的加深,测定结果偏低的趋势有加大的倾向。
Objective :To evaluate the influence of icterus on the detemlination of serum inorganic: phosphorous by phosphomolybdate method. Methods: Two hundred and ninety- three patients were classified into miht ieterus (Total bilirubin 34 μmoL/L - 170 μmoL/L) ,medium ieterus(Total bilirubin 171 μmoL/L - 340 μmnIJL) , seri- ous icterus(Total bilirubin 〉 340 μmoL/L) according to the "Diagnostics". Two kinds of automatic biochemistO an- alyzers (Abbott Aeroset and Beckman LX20 ) were employed to measure the serum inorganie phosphorous in differ- ent degrees icterus. All results were analyzed statistically. Results: The measured values obtained by Ihe two kinds of automatic biochemistry analyzers had significant difference. And they have good correlation. Conclusion: With Abbott Aeroset, the measured values of the serum inorganic phosphorous are influenced by the ieterus. The meas- ured values are below those by Beckman. And with the deepening of icterus degree, the measured values showed a decrease trend.
