摘要
报告了用紫外光速率法测定血清磷，与比色法对比，ｒ＝０．９８８３，平均回收率为９７．５－１０５％，二份血清ＣＶ批内为２．８％、３．０％，批间为４．５％、４．８％，线性范围达３．２９ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ。研究结果表明：本法具有简单、快速、可靠之优点，适合于自动化分析。
A kinetic for measuring inorganic phosphorus in serum by 240nm wave- length was described. The method compares favoyably with the colorimetric assay(r=0. 9883). avereage recovery is 97. 5-105%. With in run and between-run cvsare 2. 8 to 3.0% and 4.5 to 4.9% respectively in 2 specimens of serum. The stan- dard curve in this method is linear for inorganic phosphorus below 3. 29mmol/L.The mothod is simple. rapid. sensitive. reliable and suitable for Auto assay.
