2个苦荞品种成熟期内源激素的含量差异及其与产量和品质的关系 被引量:10

摘要 为探明不同苦荞品种成熟期内源激素含量的差异及其与苦荞产量和品质的关系,以苦荞品种威苦1号和威苦2号为材料,测定了其成熟期茎、叶、根中脱落酸(ABA)、玉米素+玉米素核苷、生长素(IAA)、1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸(ACC)、腐胺、亚精胺、精胺等内源激素的含量以及苦荞的单株粒重、千粒重、产量、蛋白质、黄酮和淀粉的含量,并进行相关性分析。结果表明,高产优质品种威苦1号茎、叶、根中玉米素+玉米素核苷、IAA、ACC、腐胺、亚精胺、精胺含量高于威苦2号(P<0.05);威苦1号的多胺含量是威苦2号的2~8倍;不同内源激素在苦荞不同部位间的分布存在一定差异;产量性状指标与苦荞叶、根中的ABA含量呈显著负相关,与玉米素+玉米素核苷、IAA、ACC含量呈显著正相关;蛋白质(威苦1号)、淀粉、黄酮含量与ABA含量呈显著或极显著负相关,与玉米素+玉米素核苷、IAA、多胺含量呈显著或极显著正相关,威苦2号的蛋白质含量与内源激素的相关性未达显著水平。说明苦荞的产量和品质与其不同部位间的内源激素含量有密切关系。 In order to explore endogenous hormonal content in tartary buckwheat during maturity and the relationship between the contents and yield and quality, Weiku 1 and Weiku 2 were chosen as materials to measure endogenous hormonal contents such as ABA (abscisic acid), Z (zeatin)+ZR (zeatin鄄riboside), IAA (indole acetic acid), ACC (1鄄amino trimethylene1 acid), put (putrescine), spd (spermidine) and spm (spermine) in stem, leave and root. Variety Weiku 1, the one with higher yield and quality, showed higher contents of Z+ZR, IAA, ACC, put, spd and spm in stem, leave and root (P〈0郾05), than Weiku 2. The polyamine content in Weiku 1 was 2-8 times as much as that in Weiku 2. The contents of endogenous hormones varied in stem, leaf and root. The yield was negatively correlated with ABA contents in leave and root, and positively correlated with Z+ZR, IAA, ACC and polyamine contents. The protein content in WeiKu 1, the flavonoid and amylum contents were negatively correlated with ABA content, and positively related with Z+ZR, IAA and polyamine contents. The protein content did not show correlation with endogenous hormonal content in Weiku 2. To sum up, the yield and quality of tartary buckwheat were closely related with endogenous hormonal content.
