摘要
建立了一套基于装配操作困难程度指标的零件可装配性评价系统,解决了如何在产品设计阶段控制劳动生产率的问题。通过对产品设计方案运用量化的评估方法,评定设计中会使装配遇到格外困难的薄弱环节,有助于快速地对设计方案进行评价和选择,为设计师改善设计方案提供了有用帮助。研究结果为工业工程师控制劳动生产率提供了一个有效的方法。
Established an assemblability evaluation system of part based on the indicators of difficulty in assembly operation, Through the use of quantitative assessment methods, the particularly difficult assembly operation are seeked. This will help designers quickly evaluate , select and improve design drafts. The result provides an effective way to control productivity for industrial engineers.
