摘要
利用色谱技术对贵州烟叶产区的云烟85烟叶化学成分进行了研究.从其乙醇提取物分离纯化得到6个化合物,经理化和光谱分析,分别鉴定为:东莨菪内酯(1)、5-羟甲基糠醛(2)、3,4-二羟基肉桂酸(3)、α-cembrenediol(4)、β-cembrenediol(5)和烟碱(6).对贵州省不同产区具有典型香气特征类型的烟草化学成分和致香物质进行深入研究分析,明确各类型烟叶的化学组成和香气成分特点,可以为进一步研究贵州烟叶质量,提高不同类型烟叶可用性提供理论参考.
The paper studied the chemical constituents of tobacco leaves from Guizhou province. Six compounds were isolated from the tobacco leaves by using the chromatography technique. On the basis of spectral data, they were identified as scopoletin ( 1 ), 5 - hydroxymethyl - 2 - furancarboxaldehyde (2), 3,4 - dihydroxycinnamie acid (3), ( - cembrenediol (4), ( - cembrenediol (5) and nicotine (6). Guizhou Province has the typical aroma types of different tobaccos from different regions, and studies on the chemical and aroma components, the types of chemical compositions and aroma components will be valuable to further related studies.
