摘要
综述了不同产区连钱草中熊果酸含量测定的研究进展,多采用高效液相色谱法测定,熊果酸都呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率较好,对保证药材质量、指导栽培生产,以及相关制剂产品的质量控制具有重要意义和应用价值。
Study on the determination of Ursolic Acid in Herba Glechomae from different habitats. The analysis was performed by HPLC, the linear range of ursolic acid was, the average recovery rate of ursolic acid was.The detemination method is suitable for the quality control of Herba Glechomae.
