摘要
培养卓越工程师需要良好的实验室教学环境和教学机制,开放实验室体制是一个有效的途径。针对高等院校实验室开放所面临的多学科、多层次、实验资源管理调度复杂、高水平实验师短缺、开放创新实验内容贫乏的问题,在实验室管理架构、实验室资源调度、高水平实验师挖掘、实验室开放规范流程方面进行了探讨。通过实践表明,该方法在工科院校二级学院的实验室开放中初见成效。
The cultivation of excellent engineers requires good experimental environment and experimental mechanisms in laboratories, and laboratory opening is the one solution. Focusing on the problems of laboratory teaching opening in university, a management model was proposed in this paper concerning the framework of laboratory management, the dispatch method of laboratory resources, and the processes for laboratory opening. Practice shows that the proposed management model is effective in laboratory opening management in universities.
