摘要
分析和讨论了海上石油井架检测和承载能力评估的适用标准,认为井架检测和评估的标准要求存在很大不一致,降低了标准的可操作性,标准修订时应统一要求。海上平台石油井架承载能力计算评估时应考虑风载的影响,将测试应力值加上风载的应力值进行计算才能正确评估井架承载能力和确定井架等级。
Through the analysis and discussion on the applicable standard of the detection of well drill derrick on offshore platform and the evaluation of its carrying capacity, it is thought that standard requirements about the derrick detection and the evaluation are quite inconsistent, which has lowered the operability of standards. Therefore, there should be unified requirements in standard revi- sion. Meanwhile, it is pointed out that the influence of wind load should be taken into consideration in the calculation and evaluation of carrying capacity about well drill derrick on the offshore platform. In other words, when the calculation is made based on the com- bination of testing stress value and wind load stress value, can the carrying capacity of derrick be evaluated correctly and the rank of derrick be determined precisely.
