摘要
主要以石油钻机井架起升和下放两种工况为例,对井架动态应力适时响应系统和分析方法进行了研究,通过实测数据分析,得出了两种工况井架动态应力分布的差异,并且指出了井架起放过程应力变化的趋势及危险阶段,保证了钻机井架起升和下放安全作业,为钻机井架在处理一些特殊工况,如接卡等,需要对井架施加较大载荷时提供监控,为公司的重点井位实施全程监控,以确保生产过程的安全。
This paper mainly takes the lifting and putting down operation modes of the rig derrick as the examples,to study the timely response system and analysis method for the dynamic stress of derrick.According to the field measurement data,the differential distributing of derrick dynamic stresses for these two modes have been obtained,and the variation trend and danderous stage as well of the stress variations during the lifting and putting down modes of derrick have been pointed out,which ensures the safely operations of the derrick.It can monitor the large loading needed to apply on the der rick in special conditions such as sticking release.The safe opera tions have been ensured in all the important operating wells of the company.
