摘要
随着旅游业这一朝阳产业蓬勃发展,入境旅游人数急剧增长的现象,各高校相继开设了旅游专业英语课程,此课程属于专门用途英语(ESP:English for Special Purpose)教学范畴,本文通过对ESP教学理论以及教学模式研究,针对旅游英语教学普遍存在问题,分别从教材选择、教学手段、培养对象等方面提出一些合理性建议,希望能够找出可以借鉴的高校旅游管理专业ESP教学模式。
With the fast development of the sunshine industry---tourism industry,and growth of the amount of inbound tourism,lots of colleges and universities added the course,tourism English,which belongs to ESP teaching program.By studying to the ESP teaching theory and teaching mode of tourism English,targeting at the common problems of this course,this thesis puts forward some rational suggestions from aspects of selection of teaching materials,teaching methods,and teaching objects respectively,hoping to find references for ESP teaching mode for tourism management majors.
