摘要 以某专用车辆为研究对象,以国家车辆平顺性试验标准为依据,对试验车辆进行了平顺性试验和评价。以多体系统动力学为基础,在ADAMS环境下建立了整车模型并对其进行动力学仿真,并分析车辆悬架系统参数对车辆平顺性的影响。通过试验和仿真结果分析,确定车辆悬架系统的优化设计参数,并对其进行仿真分析验证,结果表明优化效果显著。试验研究结果为该车进一步优化设计提供了理论依据,进而达到提高整车平顺性的目的。 According to the national standard of automobile test for ride comfort,experiment and evaluation for a special vehicle was carried out.Based on dynamics of multibody system,vehicle model was established and dynamic simulation was done by means of ADAMS,and impact of parameters of vehicle suspension system on ride comfort was analyzed.Through results analysis of experiment and simulation optimal design,parameters for vehicle suspension system were determined and verified with significant improvement of vehicle ride comfort.The results of the study provided theoretical references for optimization design of the vehicle for increasing ride comfort.MoreBack AbstractFilter('EnChDivSummary','ChDivSummaryMore2','ChDivSummaryReset2'); 【Keywords in Chinese】 车辆; 平顺性; 悬架系统; 试验; 优化设计; 【Key words】 vehicle; ride comfort; suspension system; experiment; optimization design;
