王导具有"江左管夷吾"式的良好公关形象。他"清静无为"的立国之策符合以和谐、互利为核心的公关原则。从政治领域到日常生活,从公共空间到私人空间,他均以其娴熟的公关技巧总揽全局,如抬高皇权声威、笼络江东士人、协调臣僚关系,为东晋开国及日后的发展奠定了基础。
Wangdao have a good image of public relation like guanzhong in jiangnan . His administering country policy accords with principle of public relation. The key of it is harmony and mutual benefit. From the policy field to the daily living field, from the public space to private space, he can assure overall situation with practice skills of public relation. He drives up the prestige of imperial power. He gathers the people in jiang- nan. He coordinates the relationship of comrades. He provides a basis for Dongjin Dynasty. This thesis takes the figure of Wangdao as a example, from the view of public relation art, discuss the social intercourse culture in Shi Shuo Xin Yu .
