摘要
对数控恒流源电路进行了理论探讨,得出了影响恒流源精度的因素,并给出了仿真和实验结果。首先,从理论上分析了典型数控恒流源电路,得出了影响数控恒流源精度的主要因素:运算放大器的放大倍数和三极管的电流放大倍数;然后,根据所得公式,绘制了电流值与电路参数之间的关系曲线,得出运算放大器的放大倍数对于恒流源的精度起着决定性的作用,三极管的电流放大倍数次之,负载电阻也对恒流源的精度起着一定的影响;最后,运用仿真软件对电路进行了仿真,并对实际电路的进行了测量;通过对所测数据进行对比分析,验证了理论分析结果的正确性。
Through briefly discuss of digital controlled constant current source,the influence factors of the constant current source accuracy is concluded,and the simulation and experiment results are shown.Firstly,from the theoretical analysis of the typical circuit,the main factors which influence the accuracy of the digital controlled constant current source are obtained:the amplification of operational amplifier and the current amplification of triode.Then,according to the formula,draw the relation curve between the current value and its main influence factors,and get that the amplification of operational amplifier plays the decisive role to the accuracy of the digital controlled constant current source,the second factor is the current amplification of the triode,and the load resistance also plays a certain effect.Finally.The circuit is simulated with the simulation software and the actual circuit is tested.The simulation result and experimental results verify the conclusion further.
