摘要
介绍一种通过Kingview控制直流恒流源,实现化成箔升压时间(T_r)、到达电压(V_t)自动测试的仪器方案,给出了系统构成、数据采集模块选型与配置、压控恒流源电路及主要程序代码。该测试仪最高输出电压可达1100 V,电压检测误差小于0.3 V,稳流精度优于±0.01 mA,输出纹波电压有效值小于0.5 V;可同时测试3片样品,自动获取T_r、V_t并显示升压曲线。经6年的实际应用证明,该仪器可为化成箔质量控制提供可靠数据,对降低次品率与报废率有重要意义,测试效率比现有行业标准推荐的测试方法提高6倍。
An approach about how to control the DC constant-current source by Kingview to auto test the rise time （ Tr） and withstanding voltage （ Vt ） of formed foil is introduced in the paper. System structure, selection and configuration of data acquisition module, voltage controlled constant-current source circuit and main program code was introduced. The tester＇s top output voltage can reach 1100 V, it＇s voltage detection error 〈0.3 V, it＇s steady current precision excels ± 0.01 mA, it＇s effective value of output ripple voltage 〈 0.5 V. It can test 3 samples one time, and acquire the Tr and Vt automatically, and display the rise curve at real time. By 6 years practical application, it＇s high precision can offer reliable data for formed foil＇s quality control, it is important to reduce greatly defective rate and rejection rate. It＇s test efficiency is up to 6 times.
