骨巨细胞瘤发生与p16和Rb蛋白表达的关系 被引量:4

The relationship between p16, Rb protein expression and the genesis of giant cell tumor of bone

摘要 目的 探讨p16和Rb蛋白表达与骨巨细胞瘤发生的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素 过氧化物酶法 (SP)检测 42例骨巨细胞瘤的 p16与Rb蛋白表达。研究不同病理分级的骨巨细胞瘤 p16蛋白表达及Rb蛋白表达之间的关系。 结果 骨巨细胞瘤 p16蛋白表达缺失率为 6 6 .7% ,p16蛋白的表达随骨巨细胞瘤恶性程度的上升而减低。Rb蛋白表达缺失率为 42 .9%。6 6 .7%的病例存在 p16与Rb蛋白表达的倒置关系。 结论 p16蛋白表达降低与骨巨细胞瘤的发生有关 ,p16 Rb通路的失活可能与骨巨细胞瘤的发生密切相关。 Objective Discuss the relationship between the expression of p16, Rb protein and the carcinogenesis of giant cell tumor of bone. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to assess p16 and Rb protein expression in 42 cases of giant cell tumor of bone. Results The absent expression rate of p16 protein was 66.7%.The expression of p16 protein decreased as the malignant extent of giant cell tumor of bone increased. The absent expression rate of Rb protein was 42.9%. All 66.7% cases had reverse relationship between p16 and Rb protein expression. Conclusion The decrease of p16 protein expression was associated with the carcinogenesis of giant cell tumor of bone. The inactivation of p16 Rb route may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of giant cell tumor of bone.
