摘要 为研制高效的PGPR生物菌肥,促进有机农业的发展,利用温室盆栽试验,研究从云南多种作物根际土壤中分离到的7株PGPR菌株对辣椒生长的影响,筛选出对辣椒促生作用明显的菌株。结果表明:盆栽68d后,接种过7株PGPR菌株的处理,株高、根长、茎粗、地上部鲜重与干重和地下部鲜重与干重分别比对照增加27.65%~60.29%、33.55%~104.64%、7.41%~18.52%、81.10%~179.92%与61.76%~141.18%和85.71%~285.71%与40.00%~160.00%。7株菌株均能显著促进辣椒幼苗的生长。其中,以A2菌株为最好,与对照相比各项指标均达到极显著差异水平(p<0.01);其次为A1、A3~A6;表现最差的是A7,但各项指标仍高于对照。 To develop high-efficient PGPR biofertilizer and promote the development of organic agriculture, through greenhouse pot experiment, the influence of seven PGPR strains(A1 , A2, A3, A1, A5, A6 and A7) on the growth of hot pepper were studied. These strains were isolated from many kinds of crops rhizosphere soil in Yunnan. The strains that promoted hot pepper growth obviously were screened. The results showed that the main indexes of hot pepper including height, root length, stem diameter, overground fresh weight and dry weight, underground fresh weight and dry weight were increased by 27. 65% - 60.29%, 33.55% - 104.64%, 7.41% - 18.52%, 81.10% - 179.92%,61.76% -141.18%, 85.71% - 285.71% and 40.00% - 160.00% respectively compared with that of the control on 68 days post-inoculated with PGPR strains. The seven strains could all significantly improved pepper seedling growth. Among them, strain A2 was the best,of which all the indexes reached the very significant level(p 〈0.01), followed by A1 , A3 -A6, the worst performance was strain A7 , but each index was still higher than that of the control.
