摘要
本文针对加强民办高校思政课教师队伍建设进行了探索和实践。提出了民办高校思政课教师队伍建设的基本目标和指导思想、教师队伍建设的成效和存在的主要问题,以及加强民办高校思政课教师队伍建设的途径和方法。
based on exploration and practice for strengthen development of teaching staff of ideological and political education courses in private colleges. This paper puts forward the basic objectives, guiding principles, progress and existing problems of development of teaching staff of ideological and political education courses, and the path and method for strengthen development of teaching staff of ideological and political education courses in private colleges.
