摘要
项目化教学是教学改革中最有利的解决方案之一,它以工作任务为载体,融"理论知识、实践操作、素质培养"于一体,围绕具体项目让学生在完成工作任务的过程中获得知识、提升技能。本文的目的在于构建项目化、人格化的人力资源素质培养的组织行为学教学创新模式。
Traditional teaching is mainly focused teacher - centered books as the center for the ultimate purpose of examination, students learn in a passive way. The Project teaching is one of the teaching reforms in the most favorable solutions. It integrated learning objectives of the course, refined into a number of operational projects, teaching tasks. A typical product (or service) as the carrier, at the same time integrated theoretical knowledge, practical, quality training around specific projects, allow students to acquire knowledge and upgrade their skills in the process of completing tasks. The purpose of this paper is to construct a project of the personification of the quality of human resources training model of innovation, which can be utilized in the teaching of organizational behavior.
