摘要
组织行为学是一门理论性、应用性都很强的学科,学生的学习不仅是理解和掌握知识,更重要的是学会应用。因此组织行为学的教学应通过多种方式相结合的组合式教学法,努力做到理论与实践相结合,注重培养学生的应用能力和综合素质。
Science of organization behavior focuses not only on theories but also emphasizes flexible implication of these theories. So,for students of science of organization behavior,just to understand and remember some theories is not enough, they need to know how to put these theories into practice. For that concern, the teaching of science of organization behavior should try to combine theories with practice and focus on cultivating students＇ application ability and comprehensive quality by combine various teaching methods.
