摘要
研究了一种卫星电推进系统进行力学环境试验的工装设计方法,进行了工装结构建模、结构强度与试验载荷的分析以及建立在仿真计算结果上的结构优化设计,并通过试验验证了该项设计的合理性。
A design method of technological rig for mechanical environment test of a satellite electric propulsion system is introduced. The technological rig modeling, structural strength and test load analyses, and structural optimal design based on simulation results were carried out. The effectiveness of the method was validated by experiment.
