摘要
在某机载雷达的可靠性鉴定试验中,连接雷达与可靠性试验工装的螺栓发生了断裂。文中通过螺栓断口形貌观察、螺栓化学成分检验及螺栓金相组织检验等,对断裂螺栓进行了全面的分析,并通过有限元仿真模拟了该雷达在可靠性试验工况下断裂螺栓的应力分布。结果表明,断裂螺栓的化学成分及金相结构符合标准要求。螺栓断裂的主要原因是安装螺栓时施加的预紧力过大,加之振动正交耦合效应的影响,导致螺栓根部圆角刀槽处形成了较大的应力集中。
The bolt connecting the radar and the reliability test tool has broken in the reliability test of an airborne radar.In this paper the fracture reason of bolt is analyzed by macroscopic and microscopic morphological structure analysis,chemical composition analysis and metallographic structure analysis.The stress distribution of the fracture bolt is obtained by finite element simulation.The result shows that the chemical composition and crystal structure of the fracture bolt meet requirements of the standard.Excessive pre-tightening force of bolt installation,combined with orthogonal coupling effect of vibration,causes large stress concentration at the fillet knife groove of bolt root,which eventually leads to bolt fracture.
