摘要
调查我国部分高校女教师的心理健康状况,以探讨心理压力的成因,为改善和提高高校女教师的心理健康水平提供科学依据为目的。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我国部分高校的1800名女教师进行心理测评。结果显示,不同任教科目、不同职称、不同工资水平的高校女教师在心理健康上的差异具有统计学意义;不同教龄的高校女教师在躯体化、强迫、敌对因子上存在显著性差异。可以看出,高校女教师心理健康状况不容乐观,应尽早加强心理干预。
Objective This paper aims to investigate the mental health status of part of female teachers in Chinese universities so as to unveil the causes of their psychological pressure as well as to provide a scientific base for improving their mental health conditions. Methods Applying the Symptom Checklist (SCL -90) , the paper analyses 1800 female college teachers' psychological health conditions. Results There is statistical significance in terms of the differences in mental health levels of female Chinese college teachers according to their differences concerning teaching subjects, professional and academic titles, wage levels, etc. as well as differences in somatization, compulsion, and hostility relating to their different seniorities. Conclusion Female college teachers' mental health status is not optimistic, and thus it is of great urgency to strengthen psychological intervention as soon as possible.
